Fried Duck Blood

Duck blood cut into strips.

Cut the leek into sections.

Scallion, ginger, garlic, green and red pepper rings.

Boil duck blood in a pot.

Remove and set aside.

Start the pan with oil, add green onion, ginger, garlic, green red pepper rings and stir fry until fragrant.
