Fried Duck Blood with Sauerkraut

Heat the pan with oil.

Add green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant.
3.
Add sauerkraut, stir fry, add some light soy sauce.
4.
Add the boiled and chopped duck blood and stir fry for one minute.
5.
Add salt, pour a little water along the side of the pot, and bring to a boil. Put some more balsamic vinegar.
6.
Plate.
