Fried Duck Gizzards in Snow

Prepared materials. Wash the duck gizzards, wash the snow red and soak in water.

Add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add aniseed, salt, cooking wine, green onion and ginger.

Put the duck gizzards in a high heat and turn to a low heat for about 30 minutes to remove the slices.

Heat the oil in the pan, stir-fry the potherb mustard, add sugar.

Add the duck gizzards, stir fry, and add dried chilies.
6.
Put the plate on the table.
Tips:
1) The potherb must be finely chopped, otherwise it will not taste good.
2) The fire is quick to fry, or it will turn yellow easily.
