Fried Duck Heart

1. Duck heart and duck liver are blanched and cut open.

2. Cut the garlic sprouts into sections.

3. Heat the oil in the pan and stir the garlic sprouts first.

4. Add duck heart and duck liver, stir fry, add cooking wine, soy sauce, and some salt.

5. Out of the pot.
