Stir-fried Duck Heart with Garlic Stalks

Fresh duck heart preparation.

Clean up, and cut 2 cuts from the middle after everything is in half.

After the processed duck heart is washed, soak it in cooking wine and ginger water for 30 minutes.

Prepare garlic sprouts and pickled peppers.

Wash the garlic sprouts and cut into small sections, and shred the ginger.

Mince pickled peppers. Take a small bowl, add light soy sauce, oyster sauce, chicken powder, cooking wine, white pepper, chicken powder, and make a sauce for later use.

Sit in a pot to light, pour the duck heart to blanch water. After discoloration, remove and rinse the blood foam for later use.

Start another pot, pour edible oil into the ginger and cook in the pot.

Add garlic sprouts and stir fry.

Turn off the heat after a quick stir-frying, and just leave the pot.
Tips:
1: Stir-fry this dish, it needs to be fried quickly.
2: Prepare the sauce in advance, and do it all in one go. Avoid the meat from getting old for too long.
3: Less spicy food can reduce the amount of pickled peppers and red oil.
