Zizania White Duck Heart

Prepare the ingredients

Tips:
1. The water chestnut should not be too large, otherwise it will not be easy to taste;
2. The duck heart is cut in half rather large and it is not easy to cook, so you need to stir fry more;
3. Coriander can be eaten raw or not fried. If you don't like it, don't put it.
