Fried Duck with Sauerkraut

Cut the duck into pieces, slice the ginger, and cut the sauerkraut into strips; the tender duck is used;

Bring a proper amount of oil to the boil, pour in sauerkraut and stir-fry continuously, add 3 teaspoons of sugar during the process; stir-fry for about 5 minutes and it can be served for use

Bring proper amount of oil to the boil, add ginger slices and stir fragrant; pour the duck pieces and stir fry a few times, add a small amount of rice wine, and continue to stir fry until white;

Add appropriate amount of soy sauce, salt and a small amount of sugar to taste and stir-fry evenly; then add in an appropriate amount of water, about the level of the duck; cover and simmer for 15 minutes;

Put a teaspoon of starch into a bowl, add a small bowl of water and stir evenly, pour it into the pot; stir fry until the juice thickens;

Pour the sauerkraut and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes;
