Fried Dumpling

1. Add ginger and spring onions to the minced meat.

2. Add eggs.

3. Add dark soy sauce and salt.

4. Add shredded shiitake mushrooms.

5. Add the chopped fungus.

6. Add the leeks and mix well.

7. Put in dumpling wrappers and wrap them.

8. Wrap them one by one and put them into the pan.

9. Fry in the pan for two minutes.

10. Add 1/2 clear water.

11. Cover the pot and cook for a few minutes, then add a little oil to continue frying to make the bottom golden brown.

12. Finished product.

Tips:

Fry for a few minutes and then add a little water (add water several times) until the bottom is golden brown.
