Fried Dumplings

Warm water and noodles, about 250 to 260 grams of warm water per catty of noodles, the same temperature as body temperature water. Knead into a smooth dough, 饧 for a while. The filling can be prepared during this time.

Half a catty of leeks, 5 eggs, 5 shiitake mushrooms, carrots and sea rice.

Stir the leeks with some oil first to seal off the water.

Put all the ingredients together, add some oyster sauce, salt, five-spice powder, and finally add some sesame oil.

Knead the noodles, cut the ingredients, roll the skin, and make dumplings.

Heat the pan and add some oil.

Put the wrapped dumplings in and pour in a small bowl of water.

Cover the lid and fry on low heat for 5 minutes.

Fry it like this.
