Fried Dumplings with Eggs
1.
Prepare all the ingredients. Quick-frozen dumplings do not need to be thawed, they can be used directly from the refrigerator.
2.
Put 1 tablespoon of cooking oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan. After the oil is slightly hot, put the dumplings in the pan.
3.
Heat over medium and small heat, and fry the bottom of the dumplings until the color is slightly yellow.
4.
Put in the right amount of water, the amount of water should be less than one-third of the dumplings.
5.
Cover the pot and continue to simmer over medium heat.
6.
Knock two eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, and beat them into egg liquid for later use. Clean the shallots, take the green part and cut into chopped green onions.
7.
Fry on medium heat until the water in the pan is almost dry. A crackling sound can be heard in the pot.
8.
Turn to low heat and pour the beaten egg liquid into the pot. I used a 24 cm frying pan, and two eggs were used for twenty dumplings.
9.
You can turn the pot a bit to spread the egg liquid evenly on the bottom of the pot as much as possible. Then cover the pot and simmer the egg liquid until set over low heat.
10.
Sprinkle pre-fried black sesame seeds and chopped green onions on the surface of the dumplings and serve them.
