Watermelon is often eaten in summer, and the skin is crisp and refreshing. After removing the green crust from the skin, it is used as dumpling filling, which tastes refreshing and delicious.

Fried Dumplings with Watermelon Peel

1. Prepare the ingredients.

2. Peel and shred the watermelon rind.

3. Add salt to marinate and drain the water.

4. Add the stirred minced meat.

5. Add the chopped shiitake mushrooms and fungus.

6. Add soy sauce, pepper and salt and stir well.

7. Put the meat into the dumpling wrapper and wrap it up.

8. Heat oil in the pot and fry the dumplings.

9. Fry until the shape is finalized, add an appropriate amount of water, cover and simmer.

10. After the water has evaporated, open the lid and fry until the bottom is golden.

11. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.

Tips:

1. The watermelon rind should be squeezed to dry, otherwise the water will not flow easily.
2. Seasoning can be put according to your own taste.
