I don’t know when I don’t like eating out-of-season dishes anymore. Edamame is a seasonal dish, and I feel delicious no matter how I cook it

Fried Edamame Three Diced

1. Peel the edamame, wash and cut all the ingredients for later use

2. Put the oil in the pot, add ginger, stir fry the edamame until it changes color

3. Put the dried seeds, fungus, dried radish and red pepper together and stir-fry evenly

4. Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar stir fry

5. Add salt at the end and season with chicken essence

6. Ready to eat

Tips:

1. The side dishes are optional, and you can also put some rice noodles
2. Don't add too much salt, add it after you taste it at the end
