Fried Edamame with Pickled Cucumber

Ingredients: edamame, pickled cucumber (cut open)

Peel the edamame and wash it.

Then, put the washed edamame in a pot of clean water, boil until cooked, remove.

Pour the oil in the saucepan to heat, add the blanched edamame and the cut pickled cucumbers and stir fry.

Then, add an appropriate amount of salt.

Add the right amount of MSG.
