Fried Egg Dumplings

Put oil in a flat-bottomed non-stick pan, heat up the pan, and put frozen dumplings in it. (Dumplings are homemade pork dumplings with chives and fungus.)

Pour in half a bowl of water, cover with a lid and bring it to medium-low heat until the water is dry.

Beat the eggs with a little salt and beat well

Put a large flat-bottomed dish on the dumpling, holding the dish in one hand, and turning the pot upside down in the other, and the fried dumplings will be buckled on the dish.
