Fried Egg Dumplings with Chives

1. First mix the flour into a dough. The fried dumpling dough is slightly softer than the dumpling dough.

5. Chives, eggs, and vermicelli put together

9. Wrap it into a big dumpling shape, put it in a pan directly, and fry it over a small fire.

10. Fry until the bottom of the dumplings changes color

11. Add water, the water can reach half of the height of the dumplings, cover it, and fry on medium heat until the water is dry.

12. Bring to the pan and fry to dry the water vapor

Tips:

Pan-fried dumplings can be made larger, and the last thing to do is to fry them with steam.
