Fried Egg Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, cut the tomato into pieces, and chop the meat into minced meat (or cut into small pieces)

For the sliced noodles, I used cold supermarket noodles. Two of us can eat half a pack. There are 5 rolls in it. This time I used two and a half rolls.

Bring the water to a boil, add the noodles and cook on medium heat for about 3-4 minutes. The taste is hard, because you will have to stir-fry in the pot and reheat later. If you like to rot, you can extend it for a long time. The slightly harder noodles will be more chewy Jin Oh

In the process of cooking the noodles, we start the frying pan, add oil to the pan, heat it to 7 minutes, add the duck eggs and stir-fry them.

Add the onion first, fry the aroma, then add the minced meat and stir fry, add the cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, and fry until the onion becomes soft

Add tomatoes and stir fry. If you like the soup a little bit more, you can add a little water, because the tomatoes themselves will collapse, so don’t add too much water, simmer slowly until everything becomes soft, add the tomato paste

At about the same time, pick up the noodles, drain them, pour them into the pot and stir fry. Don't use too much force. Stir gently to let the soup and noodles fully blend. Turn off the heat and take out the pot.
