Fried Eggplant Box

Add cooking wine, light soy sauce, and pepper noodles to the meat filling and marinate for 15 minutes.

Add the right amount of starch to the crispy frying powder. Add a little bit of water and stir to make a batter (I like to eat crispy, add starch, like softer and add flour. The ratio is three to one).

Wash the eggplant and cut into thick slices, then cut it in the middle, but don't cut it off. It will be good to stuff the meat in a while.

Put the meat in the eggplant evenly.

Heat up the pan with oil, turn to low heat, when the oil is slightly warmer. Put the eggplant box in it and fry it a bit (the eggplant box with soaked oil will taste more delicious.).

Tips:
If you like to eat harder, you can re-fry it with high fire.
