Fried Eggplant Box

Sliced eggplant

Add eggs and flour to the ground meat;

Add 2 tablespoons and a half salt and mix well;
4.
Put the mixed ground meat in two eggplant slices and press well;
5.
Wrap eggs around the pressed eggplant box;
6.
Wrap it in flour
7.
Heat oil in a pan, add the wrapped eggplant box and fry until golden on both sides.
Tips:
1. Be sure to use low heat when frying the eggplant box.
