Tips:
1. When pouring the egg into the colored pepper box, pour it slowly, let the egg white and the cut surface of the colored pepper solidify first, and then add the rest. This will prevent the eggs from running everywhere.
Of course, pay attention when cutting colored peppers and try to cut them as straight as possible.
2. If you don't like the crispy feeling at the bottom, sprinkle some water on the edge of the pot when you are preparing to cover the pot, it will be relatively less crispy.
3. Don't cut the colored peppers too thick, first, too thick is not easy to cook. Second, the eggs are not full and not so good-looking.
