Fried Eggs with Enoki Mushroom

Cut off the roots of enoki mushrooms, and then cut into small sections after washing.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add some cooking wine, salt and stir well.

Put a little oil in the pot, add enoki mushrooms, stir fry and stir well.

Add some salt to taste.

Pour in the egg mixture and stir well.
6.
Sprinkle with diced red pepper and chopped green onion.
7.
Stir-fry and get out of the pot.
Tips:
Flammulina velutipes should be cooked, not raw. Those with deficiency of the spleen and stomach should not eat too much Flammulina velutipes.
