1. Prepare ingredients, mince green onions and dice ham

2. Put Ingredient 1 into the egg sauce, beat and mix well, add salt and black pepper

3. Mix well with cornstarch and water, [3 eggs = 3 tsp cornstarch water] 3 tsp water + 1 1/2 tsp cornstarch

4. While stirring cornstarch water, stir in egg juice at the same time

5. Heat oil in a pan (high fire), pour in egg sauce

6. Turn over and fry until cooked, cut 1/8 round slices from the pan, and serve on a plate.

Tips:

★ The number of eggs depends on the number of people. There are 2 people in our family, and the minimum amount of 3 eggs is used.

★ 1 egg with 1 teaspoon cornstarch water (5ml). The ratio of water: cornstarch is 2:1, that is, 1 teaspoon of water with 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch.

★ The side that is put into the pot first will usually be fried in a darker color. Choose the beautiful side up when arranging the pan.
