Fried Eggs with Leek

Remove the yellow leaves of the leeks, wash and set aside.

Wash fresh eggs.

Beat the eggs into a bowl and use a manual whisk to break them up.

Chop the leeks, put them in the egg mixture, add salt and stir evenly with a manual whisk.

Heat the oil in the pan, pour in the mixed egg mixture, turn the pan a little, and evenly spread the egg mixture in the pan.

Fry until golden on one side, turn over and fry until golden on the other side.
Tips:
1Adjust the ingredients to your liking.
2 Use medium and small fire.
3 After frying, directly use a spatula to cut the omelette into pieces of similar size for easy consumption.
4 There is no pan, frying pan and frying pan are fine.
