Fried Eggs with Vermicelli

Beat the fresh eggs, stir-fry them in a pan and cook them for later use.

Put some light soy sauce in the pot and cook the soaked vermicelli. I use vetch noodles or fine noodles. The cooked vermicelli is ready for use.

Boil some water and cook the bean sprouts for later use.

Put a little oil in the pan. Put garlic in the pot and stir-fry evenly with vermicelli. Then add bean sprouts.

Put the leeks, and finally put in the fried eggs, add some chicken essence, stir evenly to get out of the pot.

Delicious and nutritious.
Tips:
The vegetarian dishes inside can be matched freely if you want to eat. The color is good, but also nutritious.
