Fried Elbow with Skin

Wash the boneless elbows and cut them into thin slices. (Freeze in the freezer-cut again, it's better to cut)

Wash all ingredients and set aside.

Dice double pepper, slice ginger and garlic, and cut green garlic into small pieces.
