Fried Enoki Mushroom

Flake into flakes, wash and control dry water

In a bowl, beat two eggs, a teaspoon of salt, light soy sauce, and beat them up.

Dip the enoki mushroom with egg mixture, then dip with starch
4.
Fry in a pan at 70% oil temperature until golden and crispy
5.
Sprinkle with barbecue dipping sauce
