Fried Enoki Mushroom with Black Fungus

Wash the black fungus with blisters.

Wash enoki mushrooms, carrots, and green onions.

Blanch the black fungus in water for 2 minutes to remove.
4.
Cut carrots and enoki mushrooms into sections.
5.
Put oil in the pan, add carrots and stir fry.
6.
Add enoki mushrooms and stir fry.
7.
Add the black fungus and stir fry for 3 minutes, add salt, cooking wine, and light soy sauce to taste.
8.
Add the chopped green onion and stir well.
