Fried Escargot with Basil

Buy the snails and put them in clean water to spit out sand. You can put two drops of sesame oil in the water to make the sand spit cleaner.

Cut the ingredients

Put the oil in the pot to heat up, put the condiments in and sauté

Stir fry in the escargot

Stir-fry for about 3 minutes, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, and appropriate amount of salt, stir-fry evenly

Put in half a bowl of water, cover and simmer

Simmer for about 5 minutes and see that there is not much water in the pot. Add the perilla leaves and stir-fry evenly to get out of the pot.
