Fried Fish Balls with Lily

Prepare the ingredients.

Peel the lily and wash, and cut the fish balls and green onions.
3.
Blanch the lily for later use.

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the shallots.

Add meatballs and stir fry.
6.
Join Lily.

Stir fry with salt.
8.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and serve.
Tips:
Don't put too much salt, so as not to spoil the light taste of the dishes.
