Fried Fish Cake

Shred the onion, red sweet pepper, fish cake, and cut the green onion into long slices. (PS: Carrot can be used instead of red sweet pepper)

Put the fish cakes in a sieve, superheat the water, and drain the water in the fish cakes.

Put 1 spoon of soy sauce, 1 spoon of syrup, 1 spoon of cooking wine, 1/2 spoon of minced garlic in a bowl, and mix well to make a seasoning sauce.

Pour a little oil in the pan, add the fish cakes, stir-fry for 1-2 minutes on low heat, then add red pepper and onion and stir fry.

After the onion becomes transparent, add the prepared sauce and scallions and fry until it is cooked. Finally, after turning off the heat, add an appropriate amount of sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and finish.
