Fried Fish Fillet
1.
Cut the fish fillets into half-centimeter-thick strips, add salt, light soy sauce and marinate for ten minutes.
2.
Beat an egg into the bowl, add appropriate amount of flour and water and stir to make a batter that is not too thin.
3.
The fish fillet coated with dry flour is put into the batter, and the fish fillet is coated with the batter.
4.
Put it in a frying pan and fry until golden on both sides. You don’t need to put too much oil in the oil pan.
5.
The fried fish fillet can be eaten while it is hot, or it can be kept in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, take it out for soup or steam it with other dried vegetables.
