The fish swim bladder was basically not eaten before. The swim bladder cleaned up by buying fish is generally discarded. It's really insightful to come into contact with the processed fish maw that can be stored in Malaysia. This is how many fishes and how big fish there are to have so many and such a good swim bladder. Soaking the processed fish bladder looks like soaking white fungus, which is surprisingly good. There are many ways to eat it. Today, it is fried with onions and fish maw. A great delicacy.

Fried Fish Maw with Onion

1. Dried fish maw soak in cold water

2. Put the soaked fish maw into the pot and cook, remove it and drain the water. Add appropriate amount of wheat flour in water to remove the oily smell

3. Fish maw diced

4. Put the fish maw in a bowl, add pepper

5. Stir the cooking wine evenly and marinate for a while

6. Wash onions and carrots

7. Cut the onion into pieces

8. Carrots cut into slices

9. Pick up the frying pan and stir-fry the onions

10. Stir-fry the aroma, and stir-fry the carrots

11. Fish maw stir-fry in the pot

12. Stir-fry with cooking wine

13. Add salt and pepper to fry evenly, turn off the heat, serve and enjoy

Tips:

It is not advisable to add seasonings with heavy colors and flavors to this dish.
