Seafood Fish Maw Claypot

Wash and cut the shiitake mushrooms

Raise clams in clear water for an hour
3.
Soak the fish maw in clean water for three hours
4.
Put the chicken wings and chicken feet into the soup pot

Add cooking wine and ginger and cook for half an hour

Then put the soaked fish maw into the pot of chicken soup
7.
Add shiitake mushrooms

Boil for another half an hour, then add the chicken leg mushrooms

Boil the soup

Add some salt and clams

It's ready to be eaten after boiling again
