Spicy Fish Bubbles

After the fish bubble is washed, use a needle to poke the fish bubble, chop the green onion, mince the garlic, and cut the red pepper into circles.

Pour the oil into the wok delivered by the induction cooker of the Supor steaming hot pot, pour the oil to 70% heat, and put the fish bubbles in the pot for frying.
