Fried Fish Potato Chips

Cut the cod into strips.

Use a slicer or sharp knife to cut the potatoes into thin slices. You can also buy potato chips directly.

Finely chop the sardines, cucumber and green spices.

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil. Put the eggs in boiling water, cook for 8-10 minutes until the eggs are cooked through, then remove them from the pot, place them in cold water to cool, peel them, and dice them. Set aside for later use.

To make the batter: Put egg yolks, flour and beer in a large bowl and mix well. Season with salt and pepper and set aside for later use.

To make the mayonnaise: Whisk the egg yolk and mustard together.

While stirring, slowly inject the rapeseed oil at a constant speed.

Season with salt and pepper. Juice the lemon and set aside.

Add sardines, cucumbers, fresh herbs and hard-boiled eggs to the mayonnaise and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste, put in the refrigerator for later use.

Pour a large amount of vegetable oil into a small pot and heat it. Add potato chips and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oil and transfer to a dish lined with paper towels.

Dip the fish sticks into the batter to evenly coat the batter.

Pour a lot of vegetable oil into the pot and heat it. Put the battered fish into the oil carefully and fry for 6-8 minutes until golden. Spread with mayonnaise and enjoy.
