Fried Fish with Basil

Heat a double-sided pan and pour a little olive oil into the marinated sea fish.

Fry one side and fry the other side.

Fry the ginger and garlic together.

Then add the perilla.

Add a little light soy sauce, sugar, pepper and a little water.

Simmer for a while.
