Fried Fish with Dried Bamboo Shoots

Wash the fish and cut into pieces, add salt, oil, cooking wine, and soy sauce to marinate for 5 minutes.

Remove the shells of the bamboo shoots, wash and shred, remove the seeds and stems of the green peppers, and cut them. The ginger and chives are ready for use;

Put a little oil in the pot, add the fish cubes, and sprinkle ginger on top; PS: do not add a stirrer

Close the lid and set the time to 25 minutes;

Fry the fish until slightly yellow, add green peppers and bamboo shoots

Six mature bamboo shoots and green peppers, add soy sauce and flip once;

Add salt and chives and mix well.
Tips:
1. Choose sweet bamboo shoots for bamboo shoots, which are not bitter when fried;
2. The fish is easy to break, no need to install a stirrer;
3. Remember to flip it manually to avoid uneven heating.
