Fried Fish with Sour Bamboo Shoots

Wash the fish and cut into pieces, add oil, salt, soy sauce, and cooking wine to marinate for 5 minutes;

Tips:
1. Fish pieces must be marinated;
2. The fried fish should not be turned back and forth, it is easy to break;
3. Ginger and cooking wine can be fishy.
