Fried Fish with String Beans

Wash anhui fish clean and cut into pieces, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, and oil to marinate for 10 minutes;

Remove the tendons on the second side and the second end of the kidney beans, wash and drain the water. The fish is also marinated;

Boil clear water, add string beans, blanch water, remove and drain the water for later use;

Heat the pan and pour the oil until the oil temperature reaches 150 degrees;

Fry the marinated Anhui fish until the two sides are slightly yellow;

Add the cut red pepper;

Add blanched string beans and stir fry;

Add soy sauce, salt and shallots and stir-fry evenly.

Stir-fried fish with string beans, appetizing and beautifying.
Tips:
1. Anhui fish should be cut into large pieces so that it will not be broken when frying;
2. When the fish is marinated, the cooking wine has the effect of removing fishy;
2. Don't turn over too many times when frying fish.
