Fried Flower Beetle

Put the sixties into the water and wash them.

Add clear water to the pot and bring to a boil, add the sixties and boil until they burst open, remove them and put them in cold water to wash off the sand and drain one by one.

Cut the ingredients and set aside.

Add oil to the pot and heat it over high heat, add the peppercorns to medium heat to bring out the fragrance, remove the peppercorns.

Add minced garlic and shredded ginger to stir up the aroma.
6.
Pour the sixties and stir fry.
7.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir fry evenly.
8.
Add scallions, green and red peppers and millet peppers and stir fry.
9.
Add a little salt and stir evenly to turn off the heat.
10.
Serve out of the pot and serve on the table.
