Practice nutritious staple food.
Shuijianhuaroll is a staple food that the family loves to eat, and the flour can be added with any tricks. This time I used two kinds of flour, cornmeal and white flour, and added carrot juice, which is beautiful in color and full of nutrition. With it, you can eat without vegetables.

Fried Flower Roll

1. The carrots are made into juice with a food processor

2. Mix cornmeal, white flour and yeast, add carrot juice

3. Mix with water to form a soft dough, make hair for about 1 hour

4. When I was a child, the noodles were good

5. After taking out the dough and kneading it, roll it into a flatbread

6. I chopped both shallots and chives

7. Da Mian Bing Shan has just been coated with oil, sprinkled with salt, and sprinkled with a layer of chopped green onions

8. Roll up

9. Divide into approximately 2cm wide blocks

10. Group of two, stretched, piled up

11. Rotate both ends in the opposite direction

12. Squeeze the joint tightly and the joint downward

13. Brush the pan with a layer of oil, and put in the finished Hanamaki

14. Fry on low heat for about 5 minutes, the bottom of the Hanamaki is slightly yellow

15. Pour in boiling water, cover well, and simmer on low heat. The amount of water is half the height of Hanamaki

16. About 12 minutes later, the water is fried and dried, and the Hanamaki is cooked. It is a very fragrant staple food.

Tips:

The amount of water is half the height of Hanamaki. Fry it on a low fire all the time.
Carrot juice can be whipped directly with raw carrots and water. When making noodles, add appropriate water according to the water content of the carrot juice to make the dough soft, or use carrot juice to make the noodles.
