Fried Fries
1.
Wash and peel fresh potatoes

Cut long strips of moderate thickness

Pour into a basin of clean water, add 1 teaspoon of salt to soak for about 10 minutes

Put it in the boiling water pot

Cook for 2~3 minutes, remove immediately
6.
Let it cool and drain, spread it out in a baking tray, and move it to the refrigerator to freeze and shape

Take it out and warm it up

Pour into the pot to heat

Put in fries

Fry until golden and crisp
11.
Just install it
Tips:
1. Before operation, take out the thaw from the freezer a few minutes in advance;
2. If you like to eat the original flavor, you don't need to add salt.
