Fried Frog

Ready frog

Cut into pieces and wash

Pot with water

Add frog

Blanch it and boil it

fish out

Fortified wine, salt and ginger

Add five spice powder, chicken essence and corn starch

Mix well and marinate

Add vegetable oil to the pot

Put in the frog

Tips:
1. Blanch the frog in the water to get rid of blood water and peculiar smell;
2. Add seasoning to marinate the frog and fry it to make it more delicious.
