Fried Frog with Chili

1. Prepare the ingredients, cut the frog into pieces, put the cooking wine and salt it. Chili cut

2. Heat the pan and add oil, stir-fry the chili, garlic and ginger until fragrant

3. Add the frog and fry for a while

4. Add some water and boil for about 7.8 minutes, the frog needs to be cooked thoroughly.

5. Stir in soy sauce for a while

6. Add the chili at the end

7. Stir fry, don’t fry for too long

8. Once it's fried, it's ready to serve

Tips:

The frog must be cooked thoroughly, generally speaking. The whole frying process took about 15 minutes. I am afraid of parasites. So I cook it thoroughly.
