Fried Fungus with Lettuce

Peel the lettuce and cut into sections.

Shred the lettuce.
3.
After soaking the fungus, wash and cut into small flowers and set aside with lettuce.
4.
Cut garlic and small Chaotian peppers and set aside.
5.
Boil some water, add a little oil and salt, and blanch the lettuce and fungus.
6.
The blanched fungus and lettuce are drained and rinsed in cold water.
7.
Put a plate with salt, monosodium glutamate, white sugar, soy sauce, and vinegar to mix evenly.
8.
Put pepper and small Chaotian pepper with hot oil in the pot and stir fry until fragrant.
9.
Add garlic and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.
10.
Pour in the drained lettuce shreds and fungus.
11.
Add the seasoning made before.
12.
Stir the seasoning evenly to get out of the pan.
Tips:
1. The lettuce has been blanched, and it must be fast when it is returned to the pot and fry.
2. Put all the seasonings to be used together in advance, just want the lettuce to stay in the pot for a shorter time.
3. If you don't like vinegar, don't put it. The color of lettuce is not very emerald if it is put, but I just put it if I like it.
