Fried Fungus with Snow Peas

Prepare fresh snow peas, carrots, and black fungus soak in advance.

Peel and shred carrots, soak the black fungus, wash and remove the stems, and drain the water.

Wash the snow peas and remove the pods. Be sure to remove the pods. The pods are not edible.

Boil water, add snow peas, and blanch until they are ripe.

1. Black fungus should be soaked.
