This is water gluten, which is usually rolled up after making it, and it should be made into the same shape with a machine. Rinse it with water after tearing it into thin strips by hand.

Shred the green pepper. You can also use hang peppers and sweet peppers, which are the green peppers in thin-skinned peppers. You can also add some red peppers to match the color. When cutting, be careful not to cut the chili tendons and stir fry to reduce the spiciness. Wash your hands after cutting to prevent hot hands.

Stir-fry the garlic slices with oil in the pan, add water gluten and stir-fry to remove some moisture, so that the dry aroma is beautiful.

Add tempeh, light soy sauce and seasoning. Light soy sauce and tempeh are both salty. I didn't add salt. If you add salt, you need to add a small amount to avoid over-salty.
