Fried Gluten with Leek Sprouts and Bacon

Leek Sprouts

Bacon (cleaned)

Tear the gluten, soak it in boiling water, and set aside.

Wash the leek sprouts and remove them.

Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Put the bacon on the chopping board and cut into slices.
