Fried Goose Eggs with Leek

1 handful of spring leek, wash and control water, 1 goose egg.

Mince the leeks.
3.
Beat a goose egg into the minced chives, add some oyster sauce and salt.

Stir well.
5.
Heat the pot, add a little more oil, and pour in the leek egg liquid when it is warm.
6.
Spread it on the edge with a shovel.
7.
Fry the bottom surface until the shape is set, then turn it over until the egg liquid and chives are cooked.
