Fried Goose Gizzards with Snow Peas

Ingredients: snow peas (picked and washed).

Cooked goose gizzards.

Put the cooked goose gizzards on the chopping board and cut into slices, set aside.

Then, put the snow peas into a pot of clean water, blanch them and remove them.

Pour oil in a saucepan to heat, add snow peas and stir fry.

Then, combine the sliced goose gizzards and stir fry.

Then, add some salt and chicken essence.
