Fried Ham Slices with Cucumber

Remove the ham casing, slice it, and set aside.

Wash the surface of the cucumber, cut into diamond-shaped slices, and set aside.

Soak the fungus in warm water, wash, tear off the small flowers, and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the scallions and ginger.

Pour in the cucumber slices and stir-fry evenly, then pour in the ham slices and stir-fry evenly over high heat.

Add fungus and stir well.

Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, toned and seasoned.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt and season to taste.
9.
Add a little chicken essence and serve.
Tips:
Stir-fry on high heat throughout the whole process. During cooking, in order to prevent it from getting too dry, you can add a little hot water while frying.
